What we do

A genuinely local personal agent. It runs open-weight models on the user's own hardware, indexes their email, files, calendar and notes locally, and answers questions and performs tasks across all of it with nothing leaving the machine. Where a task genuinely requires an external service, it says so explicitly, asks, and shows exactly what would be sent. Hardware requirements are honest rather than optimistic, and it degrades gracefully to smaller models on modest machines. Fully open source so the privacy claim is checkable.

Who we built it for

Privacy-conscious professionals, developers, and people in professions with confidentiality obligations: lawyers, therapists, doctors, journalists and researchers. Also anyone in a jurisdiction where sending client data to a foreign service is not permitted.

The problem

Personal AI assistants require sending everything, emails, documents, calendars, notes, to a company's servers.

For a large group of people that is either professionally prohibited or personally unacceptable, so they get no assistance at all.

The local alternatives are technically demanding, slow, and lack the integrations that make an assistant useful.
